Looking for a bit more information about our services and plans? Here is a collection of all the questions we usually get asked by our clients for your convenience. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Acceptable Payment Methods:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

Some payment methods might need to be scheduled ahead of time due to certain circumstances; Only supervisors can accept payment in the field, so if there is no supervisor present at the time services are completed, then an online or app payment will be required.

Do You Charge By the Hour?

The quick answer is yes and no...

With our cleaning services we charge a set price depending on the personalized package you build, but reoccurring clients can add or remove services before the day of their cleaning, which will make the price fluctuate. 

Handyman services work off of an hourly rate for certain services and set price for others, depending on the magnitude of the job; If a client needs a lot of pictures hung, there will be an hourly charge, if they just want a tv mounted on the wall, it will be a flat rate.

When is Payment Due?

Most payments are due after services are rendered, unless otherwise specified.


Net10, Net20, and Net30 payments are available to Commercial accounts only, and will be decided during the service scheduling process.
